A few days ago, Britney Spears broke down and had a schitzo attack on national television. Google it if you haven't seen the clip.

Now you can tell all your friends, "Hey! Did you know that Britney started crying on TV the other day?" And they can respond with, "Hahaha really? Serves that bitch right, but she's still hot LOL!" How many times can the SAME EXACT THING BE SAID before people move on to something else?

I don't blame Britney for crying. Hell, living like she does would drive me insane - being treated like a tool all my life and having assholes tell me what to do, wear, how to walk, and how to say "yes." That would be hell, and frankly I don't blame her for going crazy. Wow, a teenager celebrity cried because she gets bombarded with endless bullshit day in and day out. Listen, that's not a big deal, my sister cries when we have tofu for dinner.

Online, every humor site on the internet is taking full advantage of this little episode. They all say the same clever crap, "Britney was in three conversations at once, and none of them were with the interviewer." Blah, blah, blah. Yeah, Britney sucks, she's ruining the music industry, okay, we all get the damn point. Yeah, she's a media pawn; an object molded out of the desire of her audience. We understand, now give the girl a break. Move on to something else, like NOT Michael Jackson.

The MJ thing also pisses me off. Not that he was caught, but what people are saying about it. Yeah, so you saw that Michael Jackson got arrested for molesting children. Isn't that funny enough in itself? It doesn't need 10,000 satire articles written about it. We all knew it was coming, it came, and in a week, nobody is going to care.

The humor of our culture has changed to a point where if something isn't widely known and important, it can't be funny. That's bullshit, and I'm not taking a bite out of it. Remember kiddies, even negative attention is attention. If you want this whole media monster dynasty to crumble, whining about how much it sucks will only fuel the fire. Stop talking about things that matter and go back to worthless nonsense like things that don't belong in the bathroom.
